Coming from the A7 highway from Hamburg or Flensburg/Denmark, you can reach Groß Vollstedt via the "Warder" exit. From there you can reach Groß Vollstedt in only 3 minutes.

By train:

You can reach Nortorf station from Hamburg main station in under an hour on the RE7 train line. In Nortorf there is a direct connection to bus line 763 or 765, which will take you directly to Groß Vollstedt in approx. 10 minutes.
